Was concerned that it wasn’t going to be a genuine Tesla product but it was. Great value for money compared to Tesla prices! They originally sent me the wrong wheel (front instead of rear) but they realised their mistake before it had even arrived and called me to arrange an exchange, driving the replacement wheel to me on the same day the first wheel arrived. Mistakes happen it’s how you deal with them when they do, and I can’t fault them for how it was resolved.
