2. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order:

  • Within 14 days after receiving your goods

This right applies to all eligible customers in the UK, EU, and USA.

3. Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Items must be in original packaging with all components included

We do not accept returns for items that:

  • Show signs of use, installation, or wear
  • Are damaged after delivery
  • Are not in original condition

4. Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Approved refunds include:

5. Return Costs

8. OEM Guarantee (Warranty)

  • 1-Year OEM Guarantee or 10,000 miles (whichever comes first)

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects only

This warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse or improper installation
  • Accidental damage
  • Normal wear and tear

Important:
The warranty applies to the product only and does not cover:

  • Labour costs
  • Installation or repair expenses

9. Packaging Requirements

All returned items must be:

  • Securely packaged
  • Properly protected to avoid damage during transit

We are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.

10. Refusal of Returns
